This is an educational and experiential session where you’ll learn practical tools to help regulate your nervous system and manage stress more effectively.

You’ll be guided through exercises designed to help your body settle in real time. Many people notice they feel calmer, more relaxed, or clearer by the end.
That’s okay and not uncommon.
If your body has been in stress mode for a long time, it can take a moment to slow down. The session is designed to meet you where you are, without forcing anything.
Just a quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably.
You may want water and something cozy like a blanket or pillow. You could even use an eye mask!
The session runs approximately 60 minutes.
